Human Design can help a team discuss energy and decision-making without assuming that every high performer should work in the same way. The most useful starting points are Type, Strategy and Authority, followed by the patterns that are consistently available to the individual.\n\nGenerators and Manifesting Generators often bring sustained engagement when the work gives them something meaningful to respond to. Projectors can be especially strong at seeing people, systems and the efficient use of energy, while benefiting from clear recognition and well-defined scope. Manifestors may be effective at initiating new directions when communication keeps others informed. Reflectors can provide valuable perspective on the wider environment and group health.\n\nAuthority describes a person’s reliable decision process. Some people benefit from emotional clarity over time. Others recognize a grounded response in the moment, need to hear themselves speak, or require a setting that supports careful perspective. A team does not need to adopt new jargon to use this well. It can simply build better decision windows and stop demanding instant certainty from everyone.\n\nBusiness indicators become meaningful when connected with role, industry and current objectives. A chart may support a conversation about whether someone belongs in sales, strategy, operations, client care, creative direction or a more specialized advisory role. It may also reveal that the person is capable but misaligned with the environment around the role.\n\nThe strongest outcome is not a label. It is a practical agreement about how the person decides, communicates, contributes and recovers so their potential can become consistent performance.
